THE CHALLENGE

The Philadelphia School District is the 6th largest district in the United States. With 138 schools and a yearly operating budget of $1 billion, the school needed to hire 2,500 employees including teachers, bus drivers and other. supporting staff.

THE STRATEGY

SMC developed a campaign with a focus on people who were passionate about working in the Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love. 

We captured real teachers in their classroom as well as them enjoying the cities amenities. We built a standalone website to track and measurable impression.

 

The media strategy focused on attracting 18-24 males and females within 100 mile radius of Philadelphia. The campaign was promoted o radio, print, outdoor and online.

THE RESULTS

Over 150,000 impressions and 6,000 resumes have been submitted.
