Frank Palmieri


Frank brings more than twenty years of advertising, marketing and sales experience to Magnum and has been the driving force behind the evolution of the agency’s gaming expertise. He has developed a team with talents in both advertising and gaming across all disciplines of a full-service, advertising/marketing communications company. One of his greatest strengths is encouraging the team to find innovative solutions to every project, while anticipating the long-term strategic needs of the brand. Under Frank’s direction, Magnum has quickly grown to become a significant marketing resource within the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industries, developing strategies and integrated brand campaigns for major accounts such as the Trump Entertainment Resorts, Isle of Capri, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Argosy, Boyd Gaming, Tropicana Casino and Peninsula Gaming among others.


Frank is also an award-winning producer/director, creating successful campaigns by combining extensive experience in all areas of visual communications with a keen understanding of the strategic needs of each assignment. This resulted in widespread recognition of his television and film work for such clients as New Jersey Lottery, PrimeStar, Tropicana Casino and Resort, and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children (which received a National Best of Show award). A graduate of New Jersey’s Rowan University, Frank has also served as president of The Production Group and as Executive Producer for one of America’s top Direct Response Television firms.

Cedric Crear

President of CrearMagnum

Cedric’s philosophy when it comes to his clients is simple, "no project is too big or too small for us to handle". Whether it's a diversity initiative for MGM Resorts or a political campaign for one of America's most prominent politicians, Cedric is always guiding his team in crafting and executing the most successful campaigns possible. Cedric has previously worked for Stations Casinos as a marketing director, where he proved himself a capable leader working at some of the company's most elite properties.

Ken Ciancimino


Ken Ciancimino brings to Magnum over 18 years of experience in both operations and management within the gaming, hotel, finance and entertainment industries. Immediately prior to joining Magnum, he served for 8 years as the Executive Vice President – Administration for the Las Vegas Hilton and prior to that as Vice President for Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts. Kens career has also included positions in the music and banking industries. Ken Received his BA from Rutgers University and his MBA from Seton Hall University. Ken is also a proud former officer in the US Army.

Dave Girgenti

Chief Creative Officer

Over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, with 10 years focused on web and mobile technology. Dave has received over 60 industry awards. Dave is a branding specialist, he has help developed over 500 identities in his career, everything from restaurants and promotions to entire casino properties. 


Dave has the unique distinction of being the “Father of Crowdfunding” after launching a social networking platform called Wish Upon A Hero. For his philanthropy work, he was recognized by ABC World News as the “Person of the Week”.

Lindsey DeBello

Production Supervisor

Lindsey's interest in the production world was developed fairly early on as she grew up watching her dad produce and direct many TV commercials. With a BA in English/Communications she has worn many hats in the video production field over the past 10 years, specifically in the gaming industry.


Lindsey oversee’s the day to day operations of the broadcast production team, making sure the production process runs smooth and our work meets the creative goals and deadlines! She also manages the Magnum’s print production department, bidding out print and direct mail jobs, creating estimates and coordinating with vendors to provide accurate and on time delivery. Lindsey works closely with our account executives and creative teams to meet all of our client needs. 

Ian Brand

Art Director

With over 30 years of design experience, Ian brings a well-rounded, versatile portfolio to Magnum. Ian joined Magnum in 2004 and has worked on national and international accounts, as well as gaming accounts such as Seneca, Resorts, Hilton A.C., Venetian, Bally’s, Argosy and Foxwoods just to name a few. His attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship can be noticed in every project. Whether it’s direct mail, billboards, ads or one of his award winning logos, you know you’re getting a original, well thought-out and competently balanced piece. Ian earned his degree in 1986 at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, majoring in Graphic Design.
